"ECE ED <br /> NOV 1 4 2005 Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. <br /> ENVIRONMENT HEALTH 21663 Brian Lane,Sonora,CA 95370 (209)532-0361 <br />] PERMIT/S UIQES - 188 Frank West Circle,Suite I,Stockton, CA 95206 (209)234-0518 <br /> November 10, 2005 Condor Project No. 1707C <br /> MONTHLY TREATED WATER DISCHARGE SELF-MONITORING REPORT <br /> OCTOBER 2005 <br /> CANEPA'S CARWASH, 6230 PACIFIC AVE., STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> OCTOBER 2005 DISCHARGE SAMPLING <br /> This is a report of the results of discharge sampling and monitoring events conducted by Condor Earth <br /> Technologies, Inc (Condor) on October 19, 2005, at the Canepa's Car Wash site The equipment began <br /> operation and discharge on November 1, 2004 The total flow since the beginning of remediation <br /> operation and total daily flow discharged to the sewer is calculated and is shown in Table 1, below <br /> Report attachments include laboratory analytical reports for the October sampling (Attachment A), and <br /> equipment calibration reports (Attachment B) <br /> The final discharge point was sampled at the above-referenced site to evaluate treated water quality being <br /> discharged to the sanitary sewer system after treatment through an air-stripper/activated carbon series <br /> Laboratory analytical results from the treated groundwater sample will be used to monitor and verify <br /> groundwater discharge quality and operational efficiency of the treatment equipment <br /> The flow and lower explosive limit monitoring equipment was calibrated and certified by Cooper <br /> Controls and Electrical Services, Acampo, California (License # 764037) on October 3, 2005 This <br /> calibration is required to be done at least once per six months, as per the requirements of the Ground <br /> Water Discharge Permit, obtained from the City of Stockton, dated April 20, 2004 The calibration reports <br /> are included in Attachment B of this report <br /> LABORATORY ANALYTICAL RESULTS <br /> A treated water sample collected from the final discharge point was delivered under chain-of-custody to <br /> Argon Laboratories, of Ceres, California (Argon) The sample was analyzed for pH, Oil and Grease, <br /> Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl-benzene, Xylene (BTEX), Methyl-t-Butyl Ether (MTBE), Di-Isopropyl Ether <br /> (DIPE), Ethyl-t-Butyl Ether (ETBE), t-Amyl Methyl Ether (TAME), and t-Butyl Alcohol (TBA) The <br /> laboratory tests showed the results as not detected (ND) for all of the compounds The treated water final <br /> discharge laboratory analytical methods, results, reporting limits and discharge limits are presented in <br /> Table 2, on page 3 Laboratory certificates of analysis and the chain-of-custody record are included in <br /> Attachment A <br /> �� CONDOR <br />
