There is an Oil/Water Separator associated with the truck wash <br /> that is underground. This equipment is exempt from Plan requirements except <br /> for unloading operations. <br /> Section 112.3 Requirement to Prepare and Implement a Spill Prevention, Control, and <br /> Countermeasure Plan <br /> The Facility was not in operation prior to 16 August 2002. The Facility has <br /> implemented the changes required in this Plan. <br /> A licensed Professional Engineer has reviewed and certified this Plan. <br /> Refer to Page (vii)for the"Professional Engineer's Certification." <br /> The Martin-Brower Company,L.L.C. maintains a complete copy of the SPCC <br /> Plan at the facility in the following offices and is available to the Regional <br /> Administrator for on-site review during normal working hours: <br /> • Distribution Process Manager (Casey Hays),and <br /> • Electronically (Y Drive) Shared Drive <br /> 1 <br />
