Amendments will be implemented as soon as possible,but not later than six months following preparation of any amendment. Refer to Page (vii) and Appendix B of this Plan for the Five-Year Review Certification and Review Statement. A Professional Engineer will certify all SPCC Plan technical amendments. All Plan amendments are documented on Page (x),"SPCC Plan History." Section 112.6 Qualified Facility Plan Requirements The Facility is not a Qualified Facility as described in§112.3(g) based upon the following: • Tier I criteria§112.3(8)(1): The facility has 2 diesel fuel storage tanks that are 10,000 gallons each. • Tier II criteria§112.3(g)(2): The facility has not had a single discharge exceeding 1,000 gallons or 2 discharges each exceeding 42 gallons within any 12-month period in the three years prior to the SPCC Plan date. (i) The facility has an aggregate aboveground oil storage capacity of approximately 25,148 gallons. (ii) The facility is not an onshore oil production facility. SECTION 112.7 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SPILL PREVENTION, CONTROL, AND COUNTERMEASURE PLANS The Facility SPCC Plan has been prepared in accordance with good engineering practices and has the full approval of management at a level of authority to commit the necessary resources to fully implement the Plan. Refer to Page (ix) for management approval. The Plan follows the sequence as specified in§112.7. SECTION 112.7(A)(2) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS The Facility SPCC Plan does not deviate from the security(§112.7(g)),facility tank car and tank truck loading/unloading(§112.7(h)(2) and (3)),and brittle 3
