EI Dorado St., Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by January 12, 2012 <br /> along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> "Facility generated 8.14 tons of hazardous waste in 2010. <br /> Note: At the time of inspection the waste analysis results for silver nitrate waste water were incomplete. <br /> The quality control levels were not within the specified ranges; no notes were included with the analysis. <br /> The lab was contacted during the inspection and completed notes and lab results were submitted. <br /> Note: Facility is in the process of closing. Most equipment is being moved to the Escalon facility. At the <br /> time of inspection, this facility was still generating and storing hazardous waste.
