Demolish and remove entire facility unless otherwise noted. <br /> 2 . It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify receipt of <br /> drawings 1. 1 and J-6 and these specifications. By your submission <br /> of a bid quotation, it will be considered that you have reviewed <br /> the documents for completeness and that no documents are missing. <br /> Should any drawings or specifications be missing from the bid set, <br /> notify the architect, Robert H. Lee and Associates, Inc. , <br /> 41.5/461-8890, prior to submittal of bid quotation. No request for <br /> any additional costs, as a result of missing drawings will be <br /> considered. <br /> 3 . Obtain and pay for all necessary licenses, permits, closure plans, <br /> and inspections. <br /> 4 . Arrange for removal of all water, gas, electric and telephone <br /> facilities and meters. <br /> 5. Remove sewer and water lines to property line and cap per local <br /> requirements. <br /> 6. Gas free and remove underground gasoline tanks and waste oil tank <br /> per drawing J--6. <br /> 7. Inspect tanks for any remaining product prior to removal. . Report <br /> any remaining gasoline or waste oil product to Unocal Engineer <br /> immediately for disposal determination, prior to commencing tank <br /> removal. See Drawing J-6. Contractor takes title to underground <br /> tanks. <br /> 8. Refill to yard grade and compact all excavations resulting from <br /> this work. Compaction is to be engineered to 95%. Backfill <br /> materiel is to be good clean fill or red rock. Provide soil <br /> compaction test results from certified soils engineer. Attach <br /> these reports and any environmental reports to final invoice to <br /> Unocal . See Drawing J-6 for complete backfill opertion <br /> requirements. <br /> 9 . Provide soul analysis from tank areas and provide results as <br /> stipulated on Drawing J-6. <br /> 10. Remove all paving, foundations and pump islands. <br /> 11 . Piping, conduit, and light poles are to be completely removed. <br />
