As you know, the SWRCB adopted Order No. WQ 99-10-UST on November 18, 1999. <br /> The order states that if the results of four additional quarters of groundwater,monitoring remain <br /> consistent with historic data and further validate staff's site conceptual model, the matter is to be <br /> scheduled for consideration for closure by the SWRCB at its November 2000 workshop and <br /> board meeting. <br /> `l <br /> The SWRCB has concurred with your prior requests to hold its consideration of this matter in <br /> abeyance until November 2001. <br /> You have requested that we once again extend the time for our review so that further <br /> investigation at the site can proceed pursuant to a settlement agreement that Unocal has entered <br /> into with San Joaquin County.
