ON MONDAY MORNING <br /> 1/25/2016 THEIR 26 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS EATING ONE OF THE TAMALES AND BIT INTO SOMETHING <br /> CRUNCHY AND SPIT IT OUT TO FIND THAT IT WAS A COCKROACH. DAUGHTER OPENED THE TAMALE AND <br /> FOUND ANOTHER COCKROACH IN THE TAMALE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
