Be sure to include your hazardous <br /> waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required <br /> fields. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> 2- 55 gallon drums of used Dil were found with an illegible hazardous label and 1-55 gallon drum of waste antifreeze <br /> lacked the accumulation start date and generator information. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with <br /> the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous aste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties (toxic, reactive, corrosive, or flammable) <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start dat <br /> Immediately label these coritainers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information.
