� r <br /> A <br /> ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> MonitoringWell ll Destructi <br /> on <br /> Little Caesars Pizza <br /> 2520 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California <br /> (APN_ 125-50-10) <br /> As the property owner, I do hereby grant permission to Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. <br /> (AGE) to destroy ground water monitoring well MW-6, located at 2520 Pacific Avenue, <br /> Stockton, California (APN: 125-50-10), on behalf of the former California Fuels Cardlock <br /> Station (Mr. David Atwater; flan De Pol Enterprises). ; <br /> The scope of work at 2520 Pacific Avenue will include the destruction of well MW-6 by <br /> overdrilling techniques. The well box and cap will be removed to expose the well casing <br /> and then the well will be overdrilled with 8-inch hollow stem augers over the entire installed <br /> depth of the well(45 feet below surface grade). Following completion of overdrilling the well <br /> will be grouted with a cement mixture to near surface grade and completed at the surface <br /> with either concrete or asphalt, depending on the surrounding surface material.
