The CAP and <br /> addendum to CAP are approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1) The final system design should generate at least one pore volume exchange per day. Include <br /> in the remedial action Work Plan calculations of the estimated extraction flow rate, pore <br /> volume, pore volume exchange rate, and the design specifications. <br /> 2) Provide a detailed listing and diagrams of the monitoring equipment, their locations and their <br /> use. This includes equipment such as flow meters, vaccumlpressure gauges, sampling ports, <br /> vapor temperature sensors, control valves, etc. <br /> 3) Sample and analyze influent and effluent air streams for BTEX, TPH-g, and MTBE at the start <br /> up of the system and on a quarterly basis thereafter. <br /> 4) Develop comprehensive operation and monitoring plans of start-up and remedial progress <br /> monitoring of the SVE system performance.
