The work proposed for this site should be completed <br /> now. <br /> Please submit a permit application along with a $89 application fee by October 2, 1992. <br /> Please be adivsed that other sites in this area have evidenced the groundwater flow direction to be to the <br /> east. Proposed monitoring well locations may need to be adjusted accordingly to allow for a full <br /> assessment of all areas potentially impacted by the underground storage tanks. <br /> Samples originally proposed to be analyzed for"organic lead" shall be changed to "total lead" by EPA <br /> method 7420 or AA/6010.
