The work proposed for this site should be completed <br /> now. <br /> Please submit a permit application along with a $89 application fee by October 2, 1992. <br /> Please be adivsed that other sites in this area have evidenced the groundwater flow direction to be to the <br /> east. Proposed monitoring well locations may need to be adjusted accordingly to allow for a full <br /> assessment of all areas potentially impacted by the underground storage tanks. <br /> Samples originally proposed to be analyzed for"organic lead" shall be changed to "total lead" by EPA <br /> method 7420 or AA/6010. Values of total lead in soil that equal or exceed 13 ppm shall be analyzed for <br /> soluble lead by EPA method 7421 or AA/6010. <br /> Ethylene dibromide (EDB) analysis shall be run for soil and water samples by DHS method AB 1803 or <br /> EPA 8244. <br /> Prior to monitoring well sampling, please include measurements for pH, electroconductivity, and water <br /> temperature as per the LUFT manual. <br /> Please contact Michael Infurna, Senior RENS, of my staff at (209) 468-3454 to schedule appointments <br /> for grouting or water sampling or if you have questions. <br /> Jogi Khann , M.P.H. <br /> Health i <br /> urie A.
