Based on this
email,go ahead and prepare the documents for concurrence. Thanks
Jim Barton
From: Vicki McCartney [EH] [mailto:vmccartney@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Monday, April 23, 2012 1:25 PM
To: Barton, lim@Waterboards
Cc: Nuel Henderson [EH]
Subject: 2402 Pacific Avenue
Good afternoon, Jim.
During a Unit IV meeting in March, Nuel Henderson and I discussed closing California Fuels Cardlock Station at
2402 Pacific Avenue with you. According to my notes, you agreed that the site was ready for closure after the
consultant provided when water quality objectives would be met.
I reviewed No Further Action Required(NFAR) Report, dated 27 October 2011, submitted by AGE for this site. In
the third paragraph on page 15 of the narrative, AGE addressed this issue. AGE also provided linear trend lines
for TPH-g in AW-1A, AW-1 B, AW-2A and AW-213 in Appendix F of the NFAR report.
Since AGE has addressed when water duality objectives would be met, I am going to proceed and prepare the
Case Closure Summary, unless you object.
Please review the NFAR and let me know if I may proceed and prepare the Case Closure Summary.
Thank you.
Vicki McCartney
New Address: 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, CA 95205
4/23/2012
