Provides copies of all <br /> manifests and bills of lading to this department by 7/16/05, last 36 months. <br /> Please see attache copies of manifests&bills of lading.These documents cover shipping events ranging <br /> from January 3,20 2 to July 12,2005. <br /> • The current trainin records were not on hand. Provide training records to OES by 6/26/05. <br /> Please see attached training record for Rodney Huckabee,Equipment Specialist. He completed our <br /> "Hazardous Materi is and Waste Management"training on 6-29-05. <br /> • 2 of 4 employees w re unfamiliar with HMMP location. Correct immediately. <br /> Our Property Mana er,Lori Wagner,issued a mass notice to all personnel assigned to this site informing <br /> them of the locatio of our"Green Binder"in which the HMBP is located.
