SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
fThe following is a summary based on the findings of the July 1999 investigation
'• The ground water surface elevation at the site is approximately 6 feet above the slotted
screen intervals in wells MW-1 through MW-4, 26 feet above the slotted screen interval of
AW-1B and approximately 36 feet above the slotted screen interval of AW-213 The ground
water elevation at the site was within the screened interval of wells MW-5 through MW-12,
' r VW-1 and VW-2
• From December 1996 to July 1999, a substantial decrease in concentrations of dissolved
' petroleum hydrocarbons was quantified in ground water samples collected from well MW-1
(Table 2)
' From July 1997 to July 1999, a substantial decrease in concentrations of dissolved petroleum
hydrocarbons was quantified in ground water samples collected from well MW-6 (Table 2)
Based upon data collected during the July 1999 monitoring, AGE concludes
• A general northeast groundwater flow direction in the area bound by wells MWA through
MW-12 at a gradient of 0 002
' • A general trend of increasing ground water elevations has been observed at the site since
August 1996
• Wells MW-1 through MW-4, AW-IB, and AW-2B yields data representative of deeper
ground water conditions
•
' Advanced CeoEmironmental,Inc
1
