RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon data collected during July 1998, AGE recommends <br /> • Continued quarterly ground water monitoring and sampling should be performed at the site <br /> to monitor dissolved TPH-g, TPH-d,BTEX,MTBE and fuel oxygenating compounds at the <br /> site The next quarterly monitoring event should be tentatively scheduled for October 1998 <br /> • Preparation of a Remedial Action Work plan should commence upon regulatory approval of <br /> the Addendum to Corrective Action Plan -May 1998, dated 05 August 1998 <br /> 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly <br /> upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the geologic/hydro- <br /> geologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a liinited number <br /> of available data points (e g ground water and soil samples), and subsurface conditions may vary <br /> away from these data points No other warranty,expressed or implied,is made as to the professional <br /> recommendations contained in this report <br /> Advanced CeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
