The location of the piezometer well was discussed between you and Mr. Mike <br /> Purcell (IC) in your office on August 2, 1993 as is shown on the attached Figure 1. <br /> The encroachment permit explains the required conditions for performing work at this <br /> property. In addition to the provisions of this encroachment permit, you have requested the <br /> following special conditions: <br /> * Any item or structure including underground utilities disturbed or <br /> damaged during the construction shall be restored to its original <br /> condition by IC at its own expense. <br /> * If after the well is constructed, the well location interferes with the new <br /> alignment of MacArthur Drive, IC will abandon the well within 2 <br /> weeks of receipt of written notification from the City of Tracy.
