Based on previous site assessments and as detailed <br /> in the AGE-prepared Closure Summary Report dated 15 May 2009(CSR),the majority ofpetroleum <br /> hydrocarbon-impacted soil appears to be limited to the below the ground water table near the former <br /> underground storage tank(UST)dispenser release area.Low concentrations of dissolved petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon constituents were detected sporadically in monitoring wells on-site and soil vapor <br /> extraction well.AGE proposes to drill-out-the well with significant ground water impact;soil vapor <br /> well_VW"L with the remaining wells being destroyed by pressure grout techniques.. <br /> A't5' <br /> ,0 <br /> 837 `;haw Raid, 5tu�:kt.un.
