Install two additional shallow groundwater wells on the sidewalk of Rialto Avenue City of <br /> Stockton right of way to define the eastern component of the lateral extent of the <br /> groundwater contamination. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. In a telephone conversation on December 4, 2002,AGE agreed with Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) that a monitoring well screened at a deeper zone is needed in <br /> order to investigate the vertical component of the migrating contamination plume off site. <br /> Modify the work proposal from two shallow groundwater wells off site, to one shallow <br /> groundwater well to approximately 40 feet below surface grade (bsg), and one deep <br /> groundwater well screened from about 55 feet bsg to 60 bsg. <br /> 2. Submit all necessary City of Stockton permits, and appropriate fee and well permit <br /> application to EHD before scheduling work. <br /> 3.
