Enclosed 'are four copies of <br /> each, which should be appended to your copies of the CAP ; <br /> It is our understanding that when you approve the' remedial <br /> plan you will request that Mr. Wyatt submit a minimum of three bids <br /> from qualified environmental -companies, but your previous letter <br /> did not specify a time frame for bid submittal .
