Please submit 3 copies of the CAP and the <br /> Executive Summary, by September 26, 1994, which will be made available to the public for <br /> inspection and review during the public notification period. If there is sufficient public <br /> interest or concern on the proposed CAP, a public meeting may be held. <br /> The schedule, format and procedure for concurrence on the CAP will be established by <br /> PHS/EHD.
