A detailed review had been done on the above mentioned site; <br /> and because Mr. Wyatt was not, in compliance, we opted to give him <br /> 90 days to come into corrective action compliance (November 11, <br /> 1992) . <br /> According to a FAX transmission I received from your office last <br /> week, Mr. Wyatt turned in a letter from Geological Audit Services <br /> stating that they had been retained by Mr. Wyatt to perform a site <br /> assessment. <br /> Because the 90 day deadline. has been met, I feel it would be <br /> appropriate to go ahead and begin working on a letter of commitment <br /> for Mr. Wyatt.
