U <br /> CC PP V <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at. <br /> 4511 Pacific Avenue, in the City of Stockton (APN 110-230-11) on. <br /> the northwest corner of Pacific, and Rosemarie Lane, has been- <br /> reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health - Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for <br /> mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due <br /> to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed they <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The Executive Summary is available for public review at the <br /> Environmental Health Division, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, <br /> during normal working hours, 8: 00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a written <br /> request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not <br /> received by PHS/EHD by October 20, 1991, at 5:00 p.m. , the <br /> tentative decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, 95201.
