1 <br />' Quarterly Report - Third Quarter 2002 <br /> PACIFIC MINI-MART <br />' 4511 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California <br />' 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Art Wyatt, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this <br /> quarterly report for 4511 Pacific Avenue, Stockton,California(the site) This report documents the <br /> operation of a low-flow ground water remediation system,the procedures for collection and analysis <br />' of ground water samples from the well network and the results of a ground water and treatment <br /> system monitoring events The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1, structures, monitoring <br /> well and soil boring locations are illustrated in Figure 2 <br />' The field procedures for the work reported herein were performed in accordance with procedures <br /> outlined in Monitoring Well Installation and Interim Ground Water Remediation,prepared by AGE, <br />' dated 26 October 2000,and approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD) by letter dated 01 November 2000 The site history and a description of previous work <br /> performed at the site were detailed in the AGE-prepared Quarterly Report-March 1996, dated 30 <br /> April 1996 Findings from the latest soil and grab ground water sampling event were detailed in the <br /> AGE-prepared Quarterly Report-June 1998,dated 22 December 1998 Data from previous ground <br /> lie water monitoring events are included in the tables of this report <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> Field procedures were performed in accordance with procedures outlined in Monitoring Well <br /> Installation and Interim Ground Water Remediation <br /> 2 1 GROUND WATER MONITORING AND SAMPLING <br /> On 14 and 15 August 2002,a quarterly ground water monitoring and sampling event was conducted <br /> on the monitoring well network The ground water monitoring activities at the site was coordinated <br /> to occur concurrently with the ground water monitoring activities at the Pacific Car Wash site(4405 <br /> Pacific Avenue) The groundwater elevation contour map was supplemented with Pacific Car Wash <br /> ground water well elevations <br /> I2 1 1 Ground Water Monitoring and Evacuation <br /> On 14 August 2002, a Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water in <br /> monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-16 and vapor well VW 1, the ground water elevation in each <br /> . well was calculated by subtracting the measured depth to ground water from the surveyed casing <br /> elevation <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc <br />
