SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
The followingconclusions were drawn from the results of this quarterly investigation
q y g
' Ground water elevations measured during the April 2005 monitoring event ranged between
20 90 feet to 23 02 feet below MSL The depth to ground water increased over the quarter
' an average of approximately 2 6 feet Additional impacted soil is currently exposed to the
ground water table when compared to the first quarter of 2005 The site ground water flow
direction was inferred to be east-northeast towards off-site
• TPH-g and TPH-d were only detected in ground water sample from vapor well VW-1 at the
former dispenser release area BTEX compounds were detected only in sample VW-1
' 0 MTBE was not detected in ground water samples for the first time
• The lateral and vertical extent of dissolved hydrocarbons and MTBE is defined
5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the results of this and previous investigations, AGE recommends
• Continued ground water monitoring of the site The next monitoring event is tentatively
scheduled for July 2005
• Continued on site remediation of the soil and ground water, utilizing carbon based treatment
from the extraction wells
Advanced GeoEnvironmente[,Inc
