The following are Class II (Repeat): #23,30, and the <br /> following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: #8,32,45,49,79,83,84 <br /> 8. This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. <br /> -- A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, <br /> hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. <br /> * Immediately contact DTSC and reactivate your EPA ID number and submit evidence to the EHD by <br /> July 8, 2011. <br /> 23. Three 55-gallon drums of used oil and gasoline filters with no accumulation start date. <br /> -- (Repeat) Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil <br /> filters," and marked with anjaccumulation start date. <br /> * Immediately correct and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. Violation was <br /> corrected on site. (Disposal records show facility last disposed used oil/gas filters in April 2011) <br /> 30. (Repeat) No marking o six empty "Pennzoil" drums and one 55-gallon empty drum. <br /> -- Containers larger than fie gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the <br /> date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> * Immediately mark and mnage all empty containers per this section. Submit evidence of correction by <br /> July 8, 2011. <br /> 32. No tank assessment of the new (installed after 1991 according to owner) and non-RCRA <br /> hazardous waste tank. <br /> -- Owners or operators 4 aboveground hazardous waste tank system shall obtain a written <br /> assessment reviewed and ertified by an independent, qualified, professional engineer, registered in <br /> California, attesting that the system has sufficient structural integrity, is acceptable for the transferring, <br /> storing, and treating of haz rdous waste, and that the tank system is suitably designed to achieve this <br /> requirement. The assessm nt shall be kept on file at the facility. <br /> * Contact an independe t California certified professional engineer to complete a tank assessment, <br /> and submit a copy to EHD y July 8, 2011.
