For previous violations issued, please reference that inspection report. An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection. The overfill prevention devices for all three tanks (87 master, 87 slave, 91)were not tested during the time of inspection. Ensure that the devices are tested by June 30, 2017 or the annual monitoring certification will be considered late. A re-inspection must be scheduled. All EHD staff time associated with the re-inspection will be billed at the current hourly rate of$139.
