Liquid was observed in the 91 fill sump. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed 2 gallons of liquid from the 91 fill sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class Il. Overall Inspection Comments: This is an addendum to the inspection reports that were written for the inspections that occurred on June, 5, 2017 and June 21, 2017. For previous violations issued, please reference that inspection report. On site to witness overfill prevention device functionality. After this inspection, the annual monitoring certification was completed. A final report was provided to the facility operator at the time of the inspection.
