Yosemite Ave., Manteca <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to remove the dispenser island, replace the UDCs and dispensers, <br /> convert the 89 grade tank to 87 grade, manifold the two 87 tanks together, replace piping to the <br /> dispensers, replace the two mechanical line leak detectors on the 87 tanks with a single <br /> electronic line leak detector, replace the spill bucket on the 87 #1 (formerly 89) tank, perform a <br /> cold start of the monitoring panel, and replace the 87 #1 (formerly 89) annular sensor on the <br /> underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system for all UDC sensors, and <br /> any other impacted sensors, must be verified to ensure that monitoring has been <br /> restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the <br /> Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to <br /> performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made available at the time <br /> of EHD inspection. Completed 5/16/13 <br /> b. Leak detector test: 87 electronic line leak detector must be tested to confirm that the <br /> device can detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. Completed 5/16/13 <br /> c. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test (or equivalent) for the middle tank (87) spill bucket. Proper drainage must also <br /> be verified. Completed 5/16/13 <br /> d. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test for all piping, at 110% of <br /> operating pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. Completed 518113 <br />
