As the owner of the above- <br /> referenced property, recently revised state law entitles you to notification of the release which has been <br /> discovered on the property and of any planned corrective action. 7-Eleven is sending you this notice letter <br /> in compliance with state law. <br /> Please be advised that 7-Eleven intends to fully comply with state law in the remediation of the <br /> aforementioned release, and to take all steps necessary to obtain final closure or a "no further action" letter <br /> from the State.
