Our 3-compartment sink has been installed and working properly. I am certified already with Food/Safety. We have decided not to serve any <br /> food on the drop in counter due to nature of COVID and have installed a sneeze guard at the counter/register only. The drop in space will be <br /> functioning as a grab and go for drinks and desserts only. I don't see a cost of permit to pay online?
