Thanks for taking the time to explain your invoicing process. I agree that the best way to move forward is to simply wait until the invoice is paid by UPRR to the County before we head back to the field. The other options appear to involve unnecessary complexities. As we discussed, we anticipate that the invoice will be paid by the end of January/ early February 2010. Based on our conversation, it sounds like this issue will not arise again. Please notify me when you receive the check and are ready to proceed.
