SIXTH STREET, TRACY, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> On 23 October 1998, the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional <br /> Water Board) issued Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) No. 98-213 for discharge of <br /> groundwater to on-site infiltration wells, for the above noted project. WDR No. 98-213 <br /> superseded WDR No. 92-226. Groundwater extraction and reinjection started in January <br /> 1993 and was terminated in May 2004. <br /> Our office received correspondence prepared on behalf of Union Pacific Railroad Company, <br /> dated 14 January 2009, requesting termination of coverage for the former Maintenance Yard <br /> project. The Regional Water Board rescinded the WDR as an uncontested item on <br /> 23 April 2009. WDR No. 98-213 is hereby terminated.
