It appears that they are civil engineers who are just finishing up a <br /> first phase of a project for the city. He said this was a bit of a hypothetical question - he <br /> wanted to know what might be involved with relocating or getting rid of the wells if and when the <br /> city replaced the bridge overpass. He said that the City just finished up Phase 1 and they were <br /> having to put out Phase 2 to bid. Kevin said that this second phase would likely take 18 months to <br /> 2 years to get through the environmental phase , and that it would likely be 2011 by the time the <br /> City gets a final design. I also let him know that there were other wells that were along 11th <br /> Street or nearby that might be affected. <br /> Kevin said that he will give this information to the City for their future planning purposes.
