Per our conversation of May 26, 1999, fill side sump sensors are not required in your jurisdiction.
The sump surrounding the fill and Stage 1 vapor recovery risers is not intended for secondary containment.
The sump is used for cathodic protection only. Please include this letter in your files, and please note during
your final inspection that the sensors are not to be installed on the fill side sump as indicated on the drawings.
Thank you for your assistance on this project.
Re ctfully,
Stephen H.
