The focus of the internal inspection will be to identify any <br /> evidence of degradation of the tank. Specific items include degradation of the fiberglass, <br /> cracking, irregularities at the surface, stress or other sign of damage at the ribs, discoloration, <br /> damage resulting from fuel level inspections and any other visual signs of damage from either <br /> installation or operation of the tank. Any signs of deterioration will be plotted on a chart and <br /> provided with the report. <br /> You also requested a copy of my confined space certification card. A copy of both the front and <br /> back of the card is attached for your use. I will be happy to answer any additional questions you <br /> or San Joaquin County may have. Please feel free to contact me.
