This facility's EPA ID number CAL000092421 is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not <br /> treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. <br /> Immediately contact DTSC. and reactivate your EPA ID number and submit evidence to the EHD. A <br /> form has been provided. <br /> 20. Two 55 gallon poly drums of waste antifreeze both had a hazardous waste label with faded <br /> information. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "HazardousWaste", 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state, 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these c ntainers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br /> the required information. <br /> - Corrected on site, Labelre-marked with required information. <br /> 20. A tank of used oil is missing its start accumulation date. All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked <br /> with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date. Immediately ensure that all <br /> hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information. <br /> - Corrected on site. Sacramento Waste Oil had labeled the pick up date. Operator marked the same <br /> date as the new start/ acc mulation date. <br /> 30. Approximately twelve 55 gallon metal drums, three 20 gallons metal drums and one 30 gallon drums <br /> are stored in the rear yard of the facility. They have no label to identify it is "Empty" along with date it <br /> became empty. These drums have punctured holes so that rain water cannot accumulate in the drums. <br /> All are rusted and have thin walls. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous <br /> material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of being <br /> emptied. Immediately mak and manage all empty containers per this section or because these drums <br /> are in such poor condition that they cannot hold any liquid contents, they can be disposed as scrap <br /> metals.
