Oil/Water mix seeped through cinder block wall. <br /> ACTION TAKE : Asbury Environmental Services(AES) removed <br /> Oil/water mix from secondary containment <br /> Roof of secondary containment shingled <br /> Door covering for secondary containment installed <br /> Dirt removed from around secondary containment and stored in <br /> 55 gallon drums for AES pickup <br /> FUTURE ACTION: AES to return when scheduled to pump waste oil from primary <br /> Tank. At that time, inside floor and walls of secondary contain- <br /> ment will be steam cleaned. Resultant oil/water will be removed <br /> at that time. Secondary containment will be allowed to dry and <br /> then walls and floor will be coated with sealant to prevent future <br /> seepage through cinder blocks in the event of a major spill. <br /> Waste oil will be dumped into primary tank utilizing a hose and <br /> sump pump system and/or small buckets to minimize future <br /> spillage <br />
