In regards to the seco4.,, area of concern, TreaTek understands that site investigation activities had <br /> been conducted at the location While the results of this site investigation are not available to <br /> TreaTek, the recommendation is put forth that both the results contained in this report and those <br /> obtained from the site investigation be evaluated to determine if over-excavation of the impacted <br /> area is a feasible option If it is not a feasible option for the removal of the petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> residues in the soils, additional site investigation activities should be conducted to determine the <br /> area( extent of the compound presence <br /> 60 LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions reached in this report are based on the available analytical data, known site and <br /> regional geophysical conditions, TreaTek's visual observations and the TreaTek project Manager's <br /> professional experience. Since the project's objective was to document the tank removal activities <br /> and sample analytical results, TreaTek feels that these objectives were met Until additional data <br /> is made available, no further conclusions can be reached or recommendations made <br /> This report is issued with the understanding that it is the responsibility of the owner, or of his <br /> representative, to ensure that the information and recommendations contained herein are brought <br /> -- to the attention of the regulatory agencies <br /> The findings of this report are valid as of the present date.
