The residual volume of hydrocarbons estimated to remain in an area of 843 cubic yards is 11.5 <br /> pounds or 1.9 gallons. PHS/EHD has determined that the remedial action completed at the site effectively <br /> protects the present and future beneficial uses designated for groundwater in this area. <br /> i <br /> Therefore, this department requests the'board's review and concurrence of these findings and recommends <br /> site certification.
