Pershing Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division has reviewed the letter dated <br /> November 12, 1991 and submitted by Chevron USA <br /> A Corrective Action Plan is being requested of Chevron in order to establish the plan of action Chevron is <br /> taking to mitigate the actual and/or potential threat to the groundwater at the above mentioned site. <br /> As stated in the letter to Chevron dated October 21, 1991 from this office three remedial alternatives should <br /> be proposed in the Corrective Action Plan. if no action with long term monitoring is the alternative being <br /> proposed by Chevron then it should be stated in the Corrective Action Plan. Two other remedial alternatives <br /> should also be included and the efficiency and cost effectiveness of all three should be discussed. <br /> Chevron should also prepare and submit an Executive Summary, a brief explanation of the corrective action <br /> Chevron is proposing for this site.
