Soil and water <br /> sampling should follow the installation, as outlined in this <br /> report. <br /> This report serves as a complete "Preliminary Report" as outlined <br /> by Gordon Lee Boggs, Underground 'Dank Program Coordinator of <br /> RWQCB.
