California <br /> Dear Roel: <br /> This letter pi"ovides a. summary of work stars completed at <br /> the Chevron service station No . 6465 located at 5608 North <br /> Pershing Avenue in Stockton, California (see Figure 1) . - The work <br /> seas conducted in accordance with a request from Hr. Bob Stolz of <br /> Chevron USA dated February 23, 1987. In general , the work <br /> consisted of monitoring, sampling and analysis of water from the <br /> three on-site wells ; surveying of the well head elevations to <br /> allow determination of group,d water gradient; and a literature <br /> search to identify registered wells within a one--mile radius of <br /> q the site. <br /> Monitoring of three existing on-site groundwater monitoring ! <br /> wells was conducted on March 9 and 23, 1987, in accordance with <br /> Groundwater Technology, Inc . ' s (GTI ' s ) Standard Operating <br /> Procedure (SOP) 8 (see Attachment 1) . The attached site plan. <br /> Figure 2, shows the locations of the monitoring wells . On <br /> April 23. 1987, the relative well head elevations were surveyed <br /> assuming well 3 as a 100.00 datum elevation. The monitoring and <br /> elevation data is presented in Table 1 below.
