Hazardous waste labels on used oil and used antifreeze drums were outdated with former business <br /> information. The labels listgenerator's former business name and address from their old location <br /> Watson Automotive Repair 7574 Carmelo Ave, Tracy. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked <br /> with the following in ormati n: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous aste", 2. name and address of generator, <br /> 3. hazardous prope ies (to ic, corrosive, reactive or ignitable) 4. physical state (solid or liquid) <br /> 5. composition (con ents) , . accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label t ese co tainers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br /> the required information. <br /> - Corrected on site. Owner marked with new business name & address <br /> 808. Used fluorescent tube were observed in a closed cardboard box but with incomplete labeling in <br /> the back shop. ThE words 'Used Bulbs" were marked but was missing the words "Universal Waste". A <br /> generator shall labE I or mak universal waste with the words Universal Waste and the type of waste <br /> (batteries, mercury oontaining equipment, lamps/bulbs, electronic devices, CRTs, CRT glass, aerosol <br /> cans). Immediately label these wastes and ensure that all universal wastes are labeled with the required <br /> information. <br /> - Corrected on site. Owner marked the words "Universal Waste". <br /> 804. Approximately six 8 foot fluorescent tubes were observed uncontainerized in the outdoors covered <br /> patio laying vertical y against the wall. Per owner, these tubes were from the former operator. Universal <br /> waste lamps shall te contained in a closed container or package that is structurally sound, adequate to <br /> prevent breakage, and compatible with the contents of the lamp. Immediately containerize all universal <br /> waste fluorescent lamps/bt.lamps/blbs in accordance with Title 22 regulations. <br /> - Corrected on site. Owner placed the used tubes into their properly labeled container. <br /> 610. Approximately a doze i used oil filters are found at the bottom of the former operator's 100 gallon <br /> used oil tank locate in the outdoors covered patio. It can be seen through the drain inlet opening. Used <br /> oil filters must be st red in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters,' and marked <br /> with an accumulate n start date.
