In <br /> the Business Activities secti n in CERS under the Hazardous Waste section the facility marked "No" to being a <br /> Hazardous Waste Generat r. The facility is a Hazardous Waste Generator. Beginning January 1, 2013, all <br /> businesses are required to ubmit all new (or any changes to existing) hazardous waste information online to the <br /> CERS at http://cers!.calepa.(a.gov. Immediately log on to CERS to correct the Hazardous Waste Section and <br /> resubmit. I <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2� Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> An oil spill was found on top of a blue 55 gallon drum of waste oil inside of the left storage shed on the south side of <br /> the facility . Facilities shall e maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of <br /> hazardous waste tolair, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately <br /> clean the top of the lue 55 allon drum of waste oil , and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. <br /> Submit a statement and sup orting documentation explaining how this waste was managed.
