Immediately label and containerize the drained used oil filters <br /> and ensure that all fused oil Ilters are managed in this way. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycli g of used oil filters for the last three years were not available for review. A copy of each <br /> bill of lading must be kept o site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil <br /> filters for the last three year , maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, CI ss II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy o the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective acl ions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 26, 015 . <br /> Please be aware as of Uanua 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California(Environental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
