Engaging in any of the unlawful acts of unfair competition set forth in the <br /> 5 First and Second Cause of Action of this complaint, as well as any other violations of the Business <br /> 6 and Professions Code §17200 - §17208, including but not limited to: <br /> 7 1. Violation of Chapter 6.5, of the Health and Safety Code described in <br /> 8 paragraph 10 ab ve. <br /> 9 2. For violation of the First Cause of Action, that defendants herein be assessed a civil <br /> 10 penalty of TWE TY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00), for each violation, according to <br /> 11 proof but not less than ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00); <br /> 12 3. F r violation of the Second Cause of Action, that defendants herein be assessed a <br /> 13 civil penalty of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00), for each act of unfair <br /> 14 competition, in an amount according to proof but not less than ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND <br /> 15 DOLLARS ($1 C 0,000.00), pursuant to Business and Professions Code §17206. <br /> 16 4.
