La Palma <br /> Ave., Anaheim. They Anaheim Fire Department, the CUPA, has reviewed this document and <br /> conducted an inspection of subject property. As a result of this process, this agency has <br /> concluded that the requirements of these closures have been satisfied, thus release the <br /> maintenance of financial assurance for final closure mechanism "Letter of Credit"as of this date. <br /> Therefore, this agency considers your facility and onsite treatment unit officially closed and no <br /> longer subject to the equirements.
