NO RESTROOM FOR EMPLOYEES, <br /> NO ELECTRICITY ON TRUCK. THEY ALSO DO NOT USE THEIR COMMISSARY FOR SERVICE. COMPLAINANT <br /> WOULD LIKE A CALL BACK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classed as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause loodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM –LOCATION --TEMP°F–COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Jeff C. and I went to the house of the owner because while we were driving to Louise and Airport, where this business <br /> allegedly parks, we saw the trailer in front of the house. Spoke with the owner of the Starfrutas#4EF3296. He informed me he <br /> parks at Louise and Airport for one hour only. <br /> There are no restrooms within 200 feet of Louise and Airport.
