Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE: Soil Remediation Plan, Site Code 1013, City of Stockton Fire <br /> Station A, 1501 Picardy Drive, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Ms. Diane Hinson; <br /> This letter report has been prepared on behalf of The City of Stockton, to serve as a Soil <br /> Remediation Plan for the above referenced site (Figure 1). <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> On October 3, 1988 and January 4, 1989, soil samples were collected at the site during the <br /> removal of one 550 gallon underground diesel storage tank and associated piping by Stockton <br /> Service Station Equipment Company, Inc. Two samples were collected from beneath product <br /> piping and one from native-soil beneath the former u/g storage tank. Analytical results of the <br /> initial soil samples are presented in Table 1. <br /> On September 7, 1990, the former tank pit was enlarged and deepened in an attempt at complete <br /> source removal (Figure 2): . Excavation was conducted under the general supervision of, and <br /> according to the workplan prepared and submitted by, Stockton Service Station Equipment <br /> Company, Inc.
