FIRST AID PROCEDURES AND EMERGENCY TREATMENT <br /> In all cases of poisoning, follow standard procedures for poison <br /> management, first aid, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation . Whenever <br /> transporting a poisoned person to a hospital , bring the container, label , <br /> or anar information concerning the product (without aelaying transport) <br /> to assist medical personnel with diagnosis ana treatment. Four different <br /> routes of exposure and their respective first aid/poison manacerrents are <br /> outl inea below: <br /> Incestion: <br /> oDilate t-ne poison by offering and encouraging the person to drink <br /> one or two glassfuls of water or milk . Do not use carbonated <br /> fluids . Do not attempt to make the person -vomit. <br /> o Call the Pittsburgn Poison Infor:nation Center (1-412-681-6669) .
